Coach Samuel Ibanda, CPA is a finance Professional, Global Speaker and Management Consultant with over a decade of years of experience in leadership development, organizational capacity building, and professional transformation currently serving as a Manager International Development Advisory at KPMG East Africa.
He is committed to helping individuals and organizations align with their purpose and equipping them with the tools, mindset, and skills required to achieve meaningful progress.
Throughout his career, Samuel has designed and facilitated training, coaching, and capacity-building interventions for a diverse range of organizations across East Africa, including National Social Security Fund (NSSF), TotalEnergies Uganda, National Water and Sewerage Corporation, Save the Children International, the Ministries of Finance in Uganda and Tanzania, Engineers Without Borders USA, and ABSA Uganda, among others.
As a consultant, Samuel has led and contributed to assignments for leading organizations including Stanbic Bank, USAID, Mastercard Foundation, the World Bank, International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD, the Global Fund, and various government ministries. His corporate experience spans finance, consulting, and leadership roles at KPMG East Africa, Save the Children International, Imprint Uganda, Alliance One International, and Vodafone Uganda.
In addition to his professional practice, Samuel is the Founder of the Transformational Professionals Club (TPC), a growing community of over 600 members dedicated to helping professionals connect, learn, grow, and earn. Through coaching, mentorship, speaking, and training, he has impacted thousands of professionals across Africa.
