With a strong background in HR Consulting and talent management, Obeten has spent years helping organizations recruit, nurture, and retain top talent while also empowering individuals to position themselves as top individual for career success.
He is a former Programs Manager for the Lagos Chapter of the YALI Network, where he plays a key role in designing and implementing youth-focused initiatives. He has also been engaged by the Lagos State Government through the Ministry of Wealth Creation and Employment as a trainer for the Project Empower Lagos Graduate Internship Program, delivering impactful sessions on practical interview assessment skills, crafting winning CVs and cover letters, and job search strategies.

Obeten’s passion for mentoring is evident in the Against All Odds Mentorship Program, a three-month initiative he convenes for young professionals aged 20–35, focused on resilience, personal growth, and career advancement.
Through his mentoring, many young people have testified to life-changing transformations in their academic, professional, and personal journeys.He is also the Convener of the Ekori Youth Leadership Summit, a platform that brings together young minds to explore leadership, innovation, and community development.
Katchy Anumnu-Uche is a marketing professional, HR practitioner, a certified Agile Marketer, and a UK-trained teacher who is passionate about learning and development. She has her BSc in Marketing and her Master's in Marketing from the London Metropolitan University. She is a member of the NIMN, CIPM, and AFLAD.
She has worked in banking, the downstream oil and gas sector, hospitality, charity, NGO, and as a brand consultant. She is the founder of Sortafta Consulting. A virtual platform that prepares and helps undergraduates and fresh graduates to build a portfolio of soft skill sets required for employment.
She is also the founder of Campfire Exchange, a digital platform where professionals engage with undergraduates to bridge the gap between the gown and the town and ensure that young graduates are highly employable. She is an active advocate of volunteering and mentorship as a path to career navigation and growth. She has helped young adults find purpose, clarity, and build meaningful networks.
Katchy speaks and moderates on different learning platforms, like the Careers Summit, National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (NIMN), Marketing Professional Network, and many other platforms.
