Omobabinrin Adeola Osideko, MSc, FCCA, CBAP is a leadership strategist, and branding expert. She is the Founder of The Iconic Brand Africa (TIBA), a leadership and brand development organisation dedicated to raising influential leaders and building globally relevant brands.
She serves as the Dean and Executive Director of TIBA Academy, she also leads TIBA Consult, where she advises organisations on brand strategy, positioning, leadership, and business growth.
Adeola holds a master’s degree in accounting from the University of London, is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), UK, and a Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) from the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA), USA.
An accomplished author of 11 books and a sought-after international speaker, Adeola has trained and mentored thousands of professionals, entrepreneurs, and executives across Africa and beyond. Her work is centered on leadership development, organizational growth, and brand excellence.
